Author: Jakob Culver

Once you have made up your mind of exercising then the next big question is where should exercise at home or at gym.

Benefits of exercising at home

The very obvious one is eth financial aspect, as the memberships to a gym can often be quite expensive and may include other things that you don't need such as child care or swimming pools. You also won't need to be concerned about the latest trends of exercise gear as you most likely will be exercising by yourself at home.

Also you would be able to save on the fuel cost and vehicle maintenance.

People who are not very comfortable in their exercising clothes and are constantly conscious of being watched by other, then exercising at home is the best option.

Though it may also call for a bit of financial obligations like investing in good shoes if you have decided to run etc.

Benefits of exercising at gym

At home you cannot have the access to the best of eth equipments which you will if you exercise at gym.

If you plan to swim a triathlon, you'll find the swimming pool at the gym to be just what you need to prepare yourself. Swimming is also a great exercise for your body and cardio, as it will work muscles in your body that you probably didn't even know you had.

Gyms also have trainers which will not only tell you the best to work out but will also recommend the best diet for you.

To cut it short to decide upon which will be the better option whether home or gym all depends on the tradeoff between money you can spend, comfort level and equipments you wish to use!
