Hurricanes and Inspirational Thinking

Author: Lance Winslow

Have you ever noticed that when human beings are faced with adverse conditions such as the conditions, which confronted us during the 2005 Atlantic tropical hurricane season that somehow we all become closer together and bonded in that experience? Have you ever noticed that heroes emerge during the most trying times and in those times of need?

Have you ever observed the perseverance that comes from human intent and human will to challenge the forces of Mother Nature and not give up? Have you ever experienced the dedication of the volunteers and the first responders after a large category storm or hurricane as they come to the aid of their fellow American? If you have then perhaps you realize that hurricanes reaffirm that Americans are strong and the will to survive is even stronger.

We share a common bond and in these trying times we often see the best part of what it is to be human and this gives us hope for the future and inspiration that nothing can come between us and we will adapt and press lawn and never give up. Hurricanes are destructive and devastating but they also bring out images and strengths of the common man and this provides us inspirational thinking, which can last much longer than any Atlantic tropical hurricane season. Please consider this in 2006.
