Gates-Buffet Foundation Can Do More with 60B than the US Government with 1 Trillion

Author: Lance Winslow

As we watch the merging of forces in the World we see an incredible synergy. Warren Buffet has pledged 85% of his Berkshire Hathaway shares or about 30 Billion dollars, which just about doubles the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Why is this such a lot of money? Well because the Gates Foundation can do more with 60 billion Dollars than the United States Government and its all its bureaucracy can do with one trillion dollars.

It is amazing that the government cannot get the job done due to its total inefficiencies and yet the Billionaires of the World can. All the government ever does is get in the way of the hard chargers and problem solvers of the world.

Why is the government so inefficient and why can they not fix the roads, keep the power on, educate our children, protect the American people or even get rid of something as simple as SPAM? What is the problem here?

You can bet that the Gates-Buffet Foundation will be able to carefully spend and not waste the money. Yet I have never heard one lousy two-bit scoundrel politician ever claim that they would look out for our money and commit themselves to an efficient government without waste.

Well, there may have been a few who promised but no one has come to the plate yet and hit one out of the park for the taxpayer. Consider all this in 2006.
