Did you write a report from your end and do you have a current sales report? If not, how do you know what you did worked? Fix them now so this years show goes smoothly. ASK FOR FEED-BACK Not just the bosses and your cube-mates. Did you do a survey of exhibit staff, visitors, clients about last years show? If so, great. If not, its not too late.
